Welcome to The Workplace Review, LLC ("TWR"). The purpose of this Site is to provide useful information to those who may be seeking a good workplace. The information is intended to help you make an informed decision about what it’s like to work for a particular company. It’s not the intention of TWR to portray a company in a manner that does not reflect the views of its employees.

The terms and conditions set forth below are a legal agreement between you and The Workplace Review, LLC; they govern your participation on our Site. By accessing, using, or registering as a member of this Site, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this agreement, do not access and use this Site.
The Workplace Review, LLC reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that you periodically review this page for any updates.
Use of site
When you use our Site and Services, you obtain access to various kinds of information and materials, all of which we call “content.” You agree not to revise the content posted by others, and you agree not to post or use any content in any manner that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of others, violates the privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties, is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful, as determined by The Workplace Review, LLC in its sole discretion. Content Ownership
This Site contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
You agree that any and all information that you submit to this Site, including any and all numerical ratings and written comments, is the property of The Workplace Review, LLC and may be used by us for any purpose.
Reviews
The reviews published on this Site are based on surveys completed by employees of the listed companies. The numerical ratings reflect the averaged scores given by all survey participants who completed a survey. Comments are based on direct quotes from, or fair paraphrasings of, participants' comments. You agree that The Workplace Review, LLC has the complete right and authority to edit/delete all/any information that violates the above restrictions and/or if deemed necessary. You agree that any/all information deleted is at the discretion of TWR.
Ratings
Ratings are based on the input from survey participants. The ratings and comments are solely the opinions of the employees. All ratings are based on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest. Scores from multiple surveys are averaged. For example: 2 scores of 5 and 3 scores of 4 would create an averaged score of 4.4.
Accuracy
We have done our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this Site. However, we can’t be certain that everything is accurate; therefore, we cannot be liable for any errors or omissions. We cannot provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Site for any particular purpose. The Workplace Review, LLC is not responsible or liable for inaccuracy or incompleteness in any content. You agree to, when using this Site, never to hold The Workplace Review, LLC liable or responsible for any information or Content related to this Site.
Use of user content
Persons completing the survey agree to rate and comment only on their experience with a specific company or organization. Their experience must be based on employment there during the past 12 months. Confidential information, names of specific persons, or improper language is not permitted. The Workplace Review, LLC will do its best to delete any and all inappropriate information or language.
It’s important to remember that reviews posted on this site are the opinions of those people who completed our survey. No employer reviews or comments are written by anyone associated with The Workplace Review, LLC. The only editorial function used by TWR is to delete a review when someone points out that a review is inappropriate or violates our rules.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND SERVICES. IN THE EVENT THAT A COURT DETERMINES THAT THE PRECEDING SENTENCE IS UNENFORCEABLE, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE WORKPLACE REVIEW, LLC TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ALL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, AND (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00).
Applicable Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of California.
