• By completing this survey, you're affirming that you've been employed by that organization within the last 12 months.

• You can answer about your entire organization or a specific group or department.

• In very small organization it's pretty easy for management to figure out who said what. Therefore, if you work at a place with less than 25 employees, you may NOT want to complete this survey.  It's your choice.

• The survey is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS.  We've no way of identifying who answered the survey.  However, if you use a computer at your workplace, they can identify that you went to our survey site.  If you're concerned, please use a personal computer or one at your public library.  To learn more, please read our privacy policy.

• While you can't know everything or everyone at your organization, try to base your answers on the experience of many employees rather than just your own experience.

• Please be fair in your judgment.  Don't rant or base your review on one person or one incident.  Do NOT include:

• Inaccurate, false,  confidential, or proprietary information
• Remarks that are offensive or discriminatory
• Names of specific individuals

At our discretion we'll either eliminate the offending words or delete the entire survey.

• Please include comments in each section.  This is the favorite part of our reviews.

• Only submit one survey. We've an automated program that identifies surveys from the same IP address and deletes any duplicates.

• Once you complete the survey, you'll immediately get your results. 

• The survey should take you about 10 minutes to complete.
